创业教育视角下大学生创业特质研究

In the era of internet entrepreneurship, much attention has been paid to the entrepreneurship of university students. How to improve the entrepreneurial skills through entrepreneurship education or training is particularly important. First the paper discusses the status quo and existing problems of university entrepreneurship education in our country. Then explore the entrepreneurship profile of university students, including six traits: need for achievement, locus of control, risk taking propensity, tolerance for ambiguity andinnovativeness. On the basis of the profile , it puts forward certain Suggestions for entrepreneurship education/training in university to improving the employment of college students and entrepreneurial success.
