基于辐射检测仪的偏压电源设计

采用电源芯片ME2100与反激-多倍压整流电路,设计适用于辐射检测仪中无变压器式DC-DC变换方法,该电路将+6.5V电源转换为辐射检测仪所需的600V-900V偏压电源。该电路具有体积小,功耗低,电压可调,稳定性好等优点。
Using power chip ME2100 and flyback-voltage doubler rectifier circuit, this paper designes DC-DC conversion circuit without transformer which is suitable for radiation detection instrument. This circuit can convert +6.5V power to 600V-900V bias power which radiation detector requires. This circuit has many advantages such as small size, low power consumption, voltage adjustable and good stability.
