企业投标方案知识产权流失的应对方案设计

选取企业招投标实践中的知识产权侵权典型案例作为研究样本，探寻个案中所揭示出的企业招投标过程中发生频率较高的投标方案的知识产权流失问题，并从组织机构优化和管理流程再造两个方面寻求这一问题的解决方案。
Based on the studies of typical intellectual property cases of enterprises, the author reveals the high frequency problem occurring in bidding. Then, some feasible countermeasures for the problem are given such as optimizing the managerial organizations, reengineering the process and etc.
