规则横向条纹形貌参数对动压润滑的影响
Effects of Regular Transverse Surface Roughness on Hydrodynamic Lubrication of Journal Bearings
为分析规则表面形貌对润滑效果的影响,采用粗糙峰幅值、波长和占空比三个参数描述规则条纹表面形貌的特征。在无限长轴承的润滑分析中,推导了形貌参数与压力分布的解析表达式;在有限长轴承润滑中,采用数值方法求解了不同形貌参数下的轴承承载力变化。解析结果和数值结果一致,并显示表面形貌粗糙峰的增加提高了轴承承载力,峰值的取值范围宜在1%的轴承间隙和1/5形貌波长之间;轴承承载力与粗糙峰占空比之间呈线性正比关系;承载力随着条纹密度的增大而增加,但是其增量不断减少。
o analyze the effect of surface roughness on the journal bearing lubrication, three parameters such as amplitude, wavelength and duty cycle are used to specify characteristics of the regular transverse surface roughness. In the lubrication of infinite width journal bearing, analytic solutions of pressure distribution with the effect of three roughness parameters are derived. In finite width journal bearing lubrication, the effects of roughness parameters to the load capacity are given by numerical method. The numerical results are concordance with the analytic solutions. The load capacity increases as the roughness amplitude increases and it is better to select the amplitude range from 1% bearing clearance to 1/5 roughness wavelength. The load capacity increases as the wavelength decreases, but its increment is decreasing. The load capacity is also direct proportion to the duty cycle.
