针对笼型无刷双馈电机的效率低的问题进行研究,电机效率与转子磁场极数转换效率有关,对转子结构进行优化设计是提高电机性能的根本途径。在分析普通笼型转子电机的基础上,提出了新隐极转子结构。利用ANSYS软件对不同转子尺寸的隐极无刷双馈电机进行有限元分析,计算出它们的转子磁动势谐波含量。结果表明,新隐极转子结构无刷双馈电机能量转换效果最好,转子磁场谐波含量中高次含量较小。

The problem of low efficiency of brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM) with cage rotor is researched. The efficiency depends on efficiency of rotor magnetic field pole-number conversion. Optimal design of rotor structure is the original approach to improve motor performance. Based on analysis of characteristic BDFM with cage rotor, a new non-salient rotor structure is put forward. In application of ANSYS FEM software non-salient BDFM of different rotor sizes is analyzed and the rotor magnetomotive force harmonic contents are calculated. The result shows that the energy conversion of the new non-salient BDFM is best and the high harmonic contents of rotor magnetic field are lower.
