he work hardening behaviour of commercially pure titanium sheet under single high density electropulsing (maximum current density j=7.22~7.96×103A/mm2, pulse period tp=110μs) at room temperature was investigated experimentally. The mechanical property of electropulsed and conventional annealed commercially pure titanium sheet was examined by using uniaxial tension test machine. And true stress-strain curves were analyzed by a Crdhsard-Jaoul method. These analyses show that the deformation behavior of the electropulsed pure titanium sheet is significantly different from that of conventional annealed pure titanium sheet. The stress-strain of the electropulsed pure titanium sheet may be considered to have a single n or double n, while the conventional annealed pure titanium sheet exhibit three stages work hardening behavior. It is thought that this different is mainly due to the increase in dislocation mobility and formation of the lamellar microstructures after the electropulsing. )
