压力感知对大学生创造力的影响:创意自我效能的中介作用
he Effects of Stress Perception on College Students' Creativity;The Mediating Role of Creative Self-efficacy
以北京,天津,湖南等地328名高校大学生作为样本,采用问卷调查的方式,对压力感知与大学生创造力的关系,以及创意自我效能感在两者关系中的中介作用做了实证研究。结果表明,压力感知通过创意自我效能感完全中介作用对大学生创造力产生影响,并且这个影响是负向显著的,但路径中创意自我效能对大学生创造力的影响是正向显著的。最后对研究的结果进行了小结,并提出了对大学生创造力培养的一些建议。
Using a sample of 328 college students from different college in Beijing, Tianjin and Hunan via questionnaires. This paper tests the relationship between stress perception and college students' creativity, and the mediating role of creative self-efficacy. The results show that stress perception is negatively associated with college students' creativity, and this relationship is fully mediated by creative self-efficacy. At last, it discusses the summary of these findings, and some recommendations for college students' creativity training.
