锚杆支护技术在某矿的应用

针对河北蔚州矿区某矿U型钢支护巷道费用高、工艺复杂、工人劳动强度高等问题,首次运用锚杆支护进行试验。通过UDEC数值模拟究分析围岩变形规律,得出巷道位移变化和塑性区分布特征,通过现场工业性试验,观测得出回采期间顶板最大下沉量38mm,两帮移近量52mm,顶锚杆最大受力92kN,帮锚杆最大受力62kN。可见通过锚杆支护方式使得回采巷道变形量较小,顶板完整性变好,有效减小了围岩变形,实现了围岩稳定性,保证了工作面的安全开采,取得良好的经济技术效益。

ccording to the problems of high cost ,process complex and labor intensity used U shaped steel support roadway in Yuzhou mining areas,bolt support was used first time for test. Through UDEC numerical simulation to analysis the surrounding rock deformation law of displacement, and concludes that the changes and the distribution characteristics of the plastic zone, and through the field industrial test, during mining subsidence 38 mm maximum roof, two sides closer to 52 mm, top of the maximum stress 92 kN, sides anchor maximum force 62 kN.Using bolt support made deformation smaller and effectively reduce roof integrity of surrounding rocks deformation and guarantee the stability of surrounding rock of the safety mining and obtain good economical.
