本文基于员工任务能力水平的车间多任务-人员调度模型为研究对象,解决多技能人员的任务能力调度模型主要解决作业车间临时发起的多个任务,不同任务对不同技能水平的需求,然后对任务多技能人员的匹配问题。结合作业车间人员管控的特点和现状进行分析,甄别出对员工管控的关键因素;然后,建立作业车间的员工任务能力矩阵进行任务人员优化配置;最后,根据某汽车发动机有限公司的发动机机加和总成装配车间的具体需求,对调度算法进行实例验证。
In this paper, the workshop multi-task-worker scheduling model based on the operator's task ability level is the research object.,and solves the task ability scheduling model of multi-skilled personnel. It mainly solves the multiple tasks temporarily initiated by the job shop, the different tasks have different skill level requirements, and then the matching of the task multi-skilled personnel. Combining the characteristics and status quo of the operation and control of the work shop personnel, the key factors for the management and control of the operator are identified; then, the task capacity matrix of the work shop is established to optimize the configuration of the task personnel;Finally, according to the specific requirements of the engine engine and assembly assembly workshop of a certain automobile engine company, the scheduling algorithm is verified by an example.
