基于城市DEM的住宅小区地面开阔度评价
ssessment of Sky View Factor in Residential Area Based on Urban Digital Elevation Model
开阔度常用来反映周围凸起地形地物对物理辐射及视线的遮蔽影响。本文将开阔度用于居住小区环境开敞空间的定量化评价指标,基于城市数字高程模型,以南京市9个典型住宅小区为例,设计并实现了住宅小区地面开阔度的快速计算方法。通过对各小区地面开阔度的定量分析,评价不同类型住宅小区的环境开阔程度。实验结果显示,开敞空间最好的是颐和路公馆区和箍桶巷片区,其次依次是明湖山庄、湖景花园、经贸花园,最差的是唱经楼和扇骨里小区。分析结果显示开阔度可用于定量评价城市住宅小区开敞空间的环境质量,可以综合反映视线、光照、通风等光热条件情况,可在一定程度上反映小区小环境调节能力、应急避难场地储备情况以及小区景观优劣等信息。
he sky view factor (SVF) has been commonly used to describe the shadow impaction of visualization or sunshine from neighborhood buildings or terrains. This paper takes SVF as a factor to indicate the quality of open space in residential area. Based on urban digital elevation model (DEM), with 9 typical residential areas in Nanjing city, this paper firstly realizes a fast algorithm of SVF based DEM. Then through the quantitative analysis of SVF in different residential areas, the open space of each residential area environment is evaluated. The Experimental results show that the residential areas of Yihelu and Gutongxiang have the best open space environment, followed by the residential areas of Minghu villa, Hujing garden and Jinmao garden. Residential areas of Changjinlou and Shanguli are the last. The study shows that SVF can be used to evaluate open space quantitatively a residential area. It can reflect the light and heat conditions such as view sight, solar radiation and ventilation comprehensively. To some extent, SVF can displays the environment quality information of a residential including the ability of micro-environment regulation, the reservation of emergency shelters venue and the quality of residential landscape.
