随着水资源的日趋紧张,水资源优化配置和综合评价模型研究是缓解水资源供需矛盾重要的理论方法,而在众多的水资源优化配置方法中,模糊综合优选法具有思路清晰,数学理论严密,物理概念明确等优点,通过采用模糊综合优选法对水资源配置方案进行决策研究,能够充分反映决策者倾向性需求,促进水资源的合理利用,实现水资源开发利用的可持续发展。
