基于Kriging模型的地质沉积模拟平台优化设计
Optimum design for the platform of geological sedimentation simulation based on Kriging model
为了优化地质沉积模拟平台的动静态刚度,提出了以最大变形量和一阶频率为目标函数的自适应多目标优化方法。通过结合最优空间填充设计和Kriging插值思想,构建了优化设计初始代理模型,并利用实验设计方法、近似最优解局部加密处理的更新迭代思想,建立了在局部区域和全局空间内均有近似高精度的Kriging模型。在此基础上,基于多目标遗传算法得到了目标函数的Pareto最优解。结果表明:优化后,沉积模拟平台的最大应力下降了11.71%,最大变形下降了22.61%,质量下降了1.6%,一阶频率下降了0.7%。
In order to optimize the dynamic and static stiffness of the platform for geological sedimentation simulation, a method of multi-objective optimization driven by the maximum deformation and first natural frequency is proposed. By combining the ideas of the optimal design of space filling and Kriging interpolation to construct the initial agent model for optimal design, and by using experimental design method, the error is bigger regional encrypted local encryption processing optimization, the approximate optimal solution and iteration of ideas, both inside and outside layer updating is established both in local and global space with high approximation accuracy of Kriging model. On this basis, Pareto optimal solution of the objective function is obtained based on the multi-objective genetic algorithm. By the optimization, the maximum stress of the platform of geological sedimentation simulation is reduced by 11.71%, the maximum deformation is reduced by 22.27%, the mass is reduced by 1.6%, the first natural frequency is reduced by 0.67%.
