基于Radio Map动态校正的井下定位系统研究

Research of Underground Localization based on Online Dynamic Correction of Radio Map

为准确掌握井下被困人员的位置信息,井下定位技术已成为研究的热点问题。本文提出了利用Radio Map定位复杂环境下人员位置的系统设计方案和相关算法。具体方案包括功率指纹计算、基于贝叶斯回归算法的AP的RSS分析、在线Radio Map构建、在线动态检验/校正Radio Map等过程。实验结果表明,本文提出的算法可以在多目标情况下准确的实现目标定位,定位的精度和稳定性都较现有方法有较大的提高,同时该算法的复杂度能够满足井下定位实时应用的要求。

In this paper,to grasp the position information of trapped underground, underground localization technology has become a hot issue. This paper proposes system design and related algorithms of locating staff positions in complex environment by using the Radio Map. Specific programs include power fingerprint computing,RSS analysis of AP based on Bayesian regression algorithm,Construction of online Radio Map,online dynamic correction of Radio Map and other process. Experiment results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve accurate targeting in the multi-target case, localization accuracy and stability are greatly improved compared with existing methods, at the same time complexity of the algorithm can meet the requirements of underground localization real-time applications.
