NA转染在肿瘤转移中的作用
he action of DNA transfection during the tumor metastasis
(1) 肿瘤细胞内DNA酶(DNase)活性极低,肿瘤患者血浆(清)中DNase活性不高; (2) 肿瘤患者血浆(清)中的DNA含量升高; (3) 癌基因体外可转化易感的"正常"细胞,静脉注射癌基因可以诱发恶性肿瘤等; (4) DNase抗肿瘤转移有效;据此提出肿瘤转移的DNA转染假说。
(1) First, the histochemical activity of deoxyribonuclease(DNase) is deficiency in malignant tumor cells. The activity of DNase is not elevatory in the blood plasma (serum)of malignant tumor patient.(2) Second, the content of DNA is elevatory in the blood plasma (serum)of malignant tumor patient.(3) Third, the oncogene in vitro can transform the susceptive “normal” cell. the oncogene injecting by vein can effectively induce the malignant tumor in the host.(4) Fourth, systemic administration of deoxyribonucleasesin mice prevents blood-borne metastasis to the liver of cutaneously transplanted tumor cells. Hereby put forward the HYPOTHESIS about the DNA transfection mechanism during the tumor metastasis.
