物质流分析(SFA: Substance Flow Analysis)是在一个国家或地区范围内,对特定的某种物质(如铝和铅等)进行工业代谢研究的有效手段。铅是我国国民经济发展的重要战略物资之一,其资源利用与循环对我国经济建设可持续发展具有重要意义。本文从铅的生产、铅制品的加工制造、铅制品的使用和废杂铅的处理等四个阶段详细地阐述了铅循环的“STAF”物质流分析模型,运用此模型分析了2006年中国铅的社会存量变化及其流动状况,并且计算得出从2000年到2006年间几项重要指标平均值分别为:PZ=79.28%、PS=19.08%、MZ=148.91%、MS=30.25%、R=0.8349t/t和S=0.1949t/t,结果表明,虽然目前我国铅矿资源比较丰富,但作为一个铅的生产和消费大国,从长远角度来看,我国也将面临资源衰竭的问题。在此基础上总结了我国在铅资源循环利用方面的不足,并对铅工业的发展和资源的循环利用提出建设性意见。

he method of Substance Flow Analysis (abbreviated as SFA) provides a helpful tool for the study of the industrial metabolism of a certain metal within a regional level. Lead is one of the important strategic commodities of national economic development in China. In this work the flow of lead in China, 2006, was traced within the STAF model, and the situation of production, consumption and recycling of lead resources in China were introduced. The SFA is performed on lead flows during its one year life cycle in detail, and several main average indexes from 2000 to 2006 were calculated as following: PZ=79.28%、PS=19.08%、MZ=148.91%、MS=30.25%、R=0.8349t/t and S=0.1949t/t. As one of the biggest producer and consumer of lead in the world, from a long-term point of view, China is still facing the problem on depletion of lead resources. How to increase the resource efficiency is a significant issue for lead industry of China. Based on the result, several advices were proposed in the paper, aiming to contribute important reference information for the industrial metabolism and resource management and recycling of lead industry in China.
