不同灸法对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎调节机制的研究

Objective In order to compare effect of different moxibustion therapy on UC, observe the effect of different moxibustion therapy on expression of COX-2、Bcl-2、Bax and content of PGE2. Methods UC Rat model was set up by immunological method and regional excitation. After the model was set up, 14 treatments were given with different moxibustion therapy on UC. COX-2、Bcl-2、Bax were detected by immunological histochemistry and PGE2 was detected by radio-immunity after executing the rats. Results (1) Expression of COX-2、Bcl-2、Bax and content of PGE2 of colon in UC model rats are significantly higher than that in normal rats. (Ｐ<0.01)Expression of Bax of colon in UC model rats is lower than that in normal rats.(Ｐ<0.01) (2)After different moxibustion therapy, expression of COX-2、Bcl-2 and content of PGE2 of colon in UC rats were significantly lower by comparing with control group. (Ｐ<0.01) (3)ginger-partition moxibustion group and garlic-partition moxibustion is better effect than warming moxibustion group on down regulation of expression of PGE2 、Bcl-2 and positive area of COX-2.(Ｐ<0.01，Ｐ<0.05，Ｐ<0.01) Conclusions Expression of COX-2、Bcl-2、Bax and content of PGE2 of colon can be inhibited and content of PGE2 can be down regulated and ratio of Bcl-2 and Bax can be regulated by different moxibustion therapy. Moxa cone indirect moxibustion therapy(ginger-partition moxibustion and garlic-partition) is better effect than warming moxibustion on treating UC.
