Interpretation of Best Practices for Minimally Invasive Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Treatment 2.0（MIST）：Consensus Guidance from the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience（ASPN） in 2022
腰椎管狭窄症（LSS）是骨科的常见疾病之一。为提高 LSS 微创治疗的临床疗效，美国疼痛与神经科学学会（ASPN）在 2022 年发布了新版的 LSS 微创治疗实践指南。指南中共纳入 7 项 LSS 治疗方法——经皮影像引导下腰椎减压（PILD）、棘突间撑开器（ISP）、棘突间融合（ISF）、鞘内药物输送系统（IDDS）、脊髓电刺激（SCS）、硬膜外类固醇注射（ESI）和开放式减压。本文在该指南的基础上结合临床的实际情况，对 LSS 微创治疗研究进展进行思考和讨论，旨在为临床医生和进一步的相关研究提供参考。
Lumbar spinal stenosisLSS is a common disease in orthopedics. The American Society of Pain and NeuroscienceASPN published a new version of minimally invasive treatment practice guidelines in 2022 to improve the clinical efficacy of LSS. A total of seven treatments for LSS were included in the guidelinesincluding percutaneous image-guided lumbar decompressionPILDinterspinous spacersISPinterspinous fusionISFintrathecal drug delivery systemsIDDSspinal cord stimulationSCSepidural steroid injectionsESIand open decompression. Based on the guidelinesthis paper reflects and discusses the research progress of minimally invasive treatment of LSS in the context of the clinical situationaiming to provide a reference for clinicians and further related researches.
