随着控制、计算机、通信、网络等技术的发展,信息交换沟通的领域正在迅速覆盖从工厂的现场设备层到控制、管理的各个层次,组态软件的应用也随之变得越来越广泛。为提高阳极组装车间的效率、满足其特殊的工艺条件,本文介绍了监控系统软件的组成结构与开发实现,并利用组态软件InTouch开发一套上位机监控系统,实现阳极组装车间实时监控。结果表明系统的网络结构、软硬件设计合理,能够实现预想的功能,同时,也为阳极组装车间安全高效生产提供了保证。

With the development of control, computer, communication and network technology, the field of information exchange is expanding from factory's local equipment layer to control, and management layer and configuration software is applied more and more widely. In order to improve efficiency and fulfill the special procedure of anode assembling shop, the paper introduces monitoring system software's structure and development and exploit the monitoring system software using configuration software InTouch. Complete the monitoring function of anode assembling shop, as well as provide on-site data for remote monitoring. It's proved that network configuration of the system and software and hardware are reasonably designed, and the expected function could be achieved and it also makes the production of the anode assembling shop secure and efficient.
