Research Progress and Application of RESS Technology to Prepare Fine Particle
超临界流体快速膨胀技术(RESS)是超临界流体技术重要组成之一,作为一种微细化技术,在众多制备微细颗粒的方法中,RESS因过程简单、操作方便且产物无有机溶剂残留而被研究者青睐。本文对RESS做了简要介绍,针对RESS技术制备微细颗粒存在的不足,具体阐述了RESS技术的改进研究进展,并在此基础上对该微细化技术的应用尤其是在一些新领域的应用做了较系统的综述。最后,对RESS技术的发展方向及潜在的应用进行了展望。
Rapid expansion of supercritical solution (RESS) is one of the important of supercritical fluid technologies. Among numerous micronization technologies, RESS is favored by researchers due to the simple process, easy operation and low residual organic in product. In this paper, a brief introduction of RESS process was given firstly. Aiming at the deficiency of RESS technology, we reviewed the research progress in modifying the RESS technology. And on this basis, the application of this micronization technique, especially in new areas, was systematically reviewed. Finally, the development direction and the potential applications of the RESS technology were discussed.
