Virtual Prototyping Modeling of Longitudinal Roadheader based on Proe/Adams

Various components of modeling and assembles of a longitudinal roadheader are completed, the three-dimensional solid molding is set up, which base on the variable design of Pro/e and the technology of solid modeling. The calculation method of space loads of cutting head and loads of track and ground are discussed and identified. The analysis of pre-treatment process of Adams/view software operating and the virtual prototype model of longitudinal roadheader are completed, which lays the foundation for further simulation and analysis.
