水合物法回收丁辛醇驰放气中的丙烷和丙烯
Recovery of Propene and Propane from Butanol-Octanol Plant Waste Gas Vis hydrate technology
在实验室范围内完成了水合物法分离丁辛醇装置驰放气回收其中的丙烷和丙烯的实验研究，以达到减少资源浪费, 实现资源的合理利用的目的。实验对比研究了驰放气分别在纯水、自来水以及添加十二烷基硫酸钠的纯水体系中生成水合物后的分离效果，得到相应的实验结论，证明水合物法可以较好的实现回收丁辛醇驰放气中的丙烷和丙烯。
he concentration of Propene and Propane in the Butanol-Octanol Plant Waste Gas is about 0.50 in mole fraction, It is important to recovery these components to the plant. Studies has been made for recovering propene and propane from the off- gas in Butanol & Octanol Plant via gas hydrate formation and decomposition. The results shows that 90% of the propene and propane in the waste gas can been recoveried.
