RM(Customer Relationship Management) has got broad concern and is being applied more and more widely in the world. By using workflow technology to correlate all kinds of businesses in CRM, will further improve customer satisfaction and the degree of enterprise informational, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper introduced the concepts of the workflow technology and the workflow management system(WFMS), and analyzed the integration of the workflow technology and CRM core businesses.
