基于社会保障的征地补偿标准研究
Social security based on the compensation standard for land requisition
年产值倍数法的征地补偿标准存在着不能真正反映被征地所蕴涵的土地价值,农民权益的缺陷,为了使征地补偿标准在国家建设成本和失地农民利益之间寻找平衡，本文提出了确定耕地经济产值、明确被征地农民的社会保障标准的建议，完善征地补偿不仅直接关系到被征地农民的切身利益, 也关系到我国的工业化和城市化进程和社会的稳定。
