绿波带控制策略中流量平衡性问题的研究
Study the control tactics of traffic flow balance in green light belt system
绿波带控制在城市交通系统中非常重要,日益被城市交通管理部门重视并被投入使用。本文从绿波带控制下车辆流量现场统计调研实际入手,基于绿波带控制原理,提出车辆通过绿波带控制区域中出现的双向流量和流速不均衡问题,是新控制技术应用造成目前交通堵塞的一个新问题,从逆绿波带通行车辆的车速计算分析出发,推导出逆绿波带车速计算方式和双向绿波带形成条件及约束判定公式,并依此计算得到目前绿波带使用中存在的问题的解决方法,提出绿波带使用中六个应认真考虑的问题。
Green light belt control method is very important in transport system in cities. Transportation management pays much attention and applies this new technology in city transport system. In this paper, based on the control theory of green light belt and according to the scene of practice statistics, puts forward unbalance rate of traffic flow and speed in green light belt control when green light belt control technology is used. It is a new problem which causes city traffic jam today. The paper, analyses condition of the vehicles against green light belt control, performs mathematics calculation of two-way green light belt control forming condition, advances six proposals when green light belt control will be used in city transport system.
