对我国人力资本外部性的模型研究

本文综合了Lucas人力资本外部性模型和T.T Herbertsson的教育因子理论建立了计量模型，通过回归分析验证了教育投资对GDP的影响确实具有长期性。此外，人力资本的平均服役期高于固定资产，因此政府要增加财政性教育投资，提高人力资本质量，扩大人力资本正的外部性。
We form the model by integrating T.T Herbertsson Educational Factor Theory into Lucas Human Capital Externality Model. Through regression we prove education investment has a long term effect on GDP. Plus, the average service live of Human Capital is higher than capital. Therefore, the government should increase financial investment, improve the quality of human capital and increment the positive externality.
