快锻液压机锻压缸系统动态特性分析

为了深入了解快锻液压机特性,选择其主要部件锻压缸为研究对象,建立了锻压缸系统的物理模型和系统动态结构方框图,利用Matlab仿真软件对锻压缸系统进行了动态特性分析,得出了锻压缸系统的压力和速度特性曲线。结果表明:仿真结果与静态计算时的估计值接近,使用平均值进行的系统功能原理设计不会造成较大误差;锻压缸的高频振荡可以通过增加阻尼的方法减小;高压蓄能器开启后,随着活塞杆的运动,工作腔压力减小,而活塞运动速度增加,速度的均值约为0.1.

In order to look inside the characteristics of high speed forging hydraulic machine, forging press cylinder the main component of the machine was chose as research object. Physical model and system dynamic structure flowchart of the forging press cylinder system was builded. Dynamic characteristics of the forging press cylinder system was analysised by using Matlab. Pressure and speed characteristic curve of the forging press cylinder system was obtained. The results show that the estimated value in the static calculation is close to the results of simulation. It can not introduce more deviation in the system function and principle design by using averages; High frequency oscillation of the forging press cylinder can be decreased by increasing damping. With the movement of piston rod, the pressure of working chamber decreases, but the moving speed of piston rod increases, the average value of speed is about 0.1.
