高校实验仪器与设备管理问答系统
Question and answer system of experimental equipment management in Universities
随着信息化校园建设的不断推进,高校实验仪器与设备的管理工作正面临着巨大的挑战,传统的管理方式亟需进行改革。为了提高高校日常实验教学的质量和科研管理的水平,必须对实验仪器及设备的管理模式进行改革创新,建立智能、高效、可扩展、易维护的新型实验室设备管理系统,从而适应当前教育形势的变化,满足高校教育教学改革以及发展的实际要求。在此背景下,本文利用知识图谱与智能问答技术,设计并实现了一个实验仪器设备管理问答系统,该系统能够对用户提出的问题给予及时有效的回答,具有良好的可扩展性、灵活性等特点,节约了仪器设备管理的成本,具有重要的现实意义。
With the continuous promotion of information campus construction, the management of experimental instruments and equipment in universities is facing great challenges, and the traditional management methods need to be reformed urgently. In order to improve the quality of daily experimental teaching and research management in universities, the management mode of experimental instruments and equipment must be reformed and innovated, and a new laboratory equipment management system that is intelligent, efficient, scalable and easy to maintain must be established, so as to adapt to the changes of the current educational situation and meet the actual requirements of the reform as well as the development of university education and teaching. In this context, this paper uses knowledge mapping and intelligent question and answer technology to design and implement a question and answer system for the management of experimental instruments and equipment, which can give timely and effective answers to questions raised by users, has good scalability and flexibility, saves the cost of instrument and equipment management, and is of great practical significance.
