添加壳聚糖的藻酸盐印模材料抗菌性能研究
ntibacterial Activities of Dental Alginate Impression Materials Impregnated with Chitosan
目的:对添加壳聚糖的藻酸盐印模材料的抗菌性进行测试,为口腔抗菌印模材的研究奠定基础。方法:分别以不同的添加比将不同分子量和脱乙酰度的壳聚糖加入藻酸盐印模材料中,采用薄膜密着法,分别测试添加抗菌成分后印模材料对大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性。结果:壳聚糖分别以1%和1.4%的添加比添加到藻酸盐印模材料中,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有最好的抗菌性。随着脱乙酰度的提高,抑菌率均可达到100%。结论:添加壳聚糖的藻酸盐印模材料具有良好的抗菌效果。
Objective: To measure the antibacterial activities of the alginate impression materials impregnated with chitosan, make a basic knowledge of antibacterial dental impression materials. Methods: Chitosan with different molecular weight and deacetyl degree added into dental alginate impression materials respectively indifferent ratio. Their antibacterial activities were tested using a method according to the Chinese and Japanese standards for testing antibacterial efficacy of antibacterial materials. Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 and Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538 are used in this research. Results: Chitosan added in to the alginate impression materials has the best antimicrobial ability for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in the ratios of 1% and 1.4%. Its inhibitory bacteria rate can reach 100% along with the increase of deacetyl degree. Conclusions: The alginate impression materials impregnated with chitosan has a favorable antimicrobial ability.
