小通道内气液两相流动中Taylor气泡界面演化过程的实验研究
Experimental Investigation on the Evolution of Taylor Bubble Interface of Gas-Liquid Two-Phase Flow in Mini-Channel
针对气液两相流动中Taylor气泡的界面形态特征,本文在不同窄空间通道直径下采用不同气体为气相工质,开展了气-液两相流动的可视化实验研究。其中,气相工质包括空气、氮气、氩气、二氧化碳气体;液相工质为水;实验段是长为1 m的有机玻璃管,通道直径包括1 mm、2 mm、3 mm和6 mm。通过可视化实验研究得到了不同管径、不同气相流量以及不同气相种类下的Taylor气泡界面形态特征; 并分析了气相工质的物性参数(包括Eo数和Mo数)对Taylor气泡界面形态演化的影响。
In order to investigate the interface morphology of Taylor bubble gas-liquid two-phase flow, visual experiment was studied in narrow space channels with different diameters with different gases as working fluid. The gas-phase working fluieds inclued air, nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide gas, and the liquid-phase working fluid is water. . The test-sectiones for the visual experiments are vertical plexiglass pipes with inner diameters of 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm and 6 mm. Based on the visual experimental study, the interface morphology of Taylor bubble was obtained, with different channel inner diameters, different gas flows and different of gas-phase working fluieds; the effect of properties (including Eo number and Mo number) of gas-phase working fluids on the evolution of Taylor bubble interface was analyzed in this paper.
