喷头粒径谱和速度场的影响因素测试研究
Measurement Experiments for Influence factors of Particle Size Spectra and Velocity Field of Nozzles
针对几种小流量喷头,开展粒径谱和速度场测量试验,通过离喷头不同高度的粒径谱测量,确定粒径谱随高度变化情况,比较清水和乳油混合液的粒径谱,确定农药剂型对粒径谱的影响。测量喷头出口处的速度场,比较清水和乳油混合液的速度分布情况,分析农药剂型、喷头类型,高度等对喷头喷雾特性的影响。测试结果表明:压力、剂型对不同喷头的喷雾效果影响不同。总体上,喷雾压力越大,体积中径越小,相同压力下,扇形喷头在乳油喷雾时的粒径大于清水喷雾,而空心锥形在乳油喷雾时,粒径谱发生变化,产生细小雾滴分布。在乳油和清水喷雾时,扇形喷头的雾滴速度都随压力增大而增大;在清水喷雾时,空心锥形喷头在压力增大时粒径减少,平均速度变化不大;在乳油喷雾时,空心锥形喷头由于产生细小雾滴,雾滴平均速度减少。
Measurement experiments were carried out to measure the particle size spectrum and velocity field under different pressures for several small flow nozzles. Through the particle size spectrum measurement with different pressure and height from the nozzle, the particle size spectrum change was analyzed. The spaying particle size spectra with clean water and Emulsifiable Concentrate(EC) mixture were compared to analyze the impact of pesticide formulations on the particle size spectrum. The velocity field at the outlet of nozzle was measured and the velocity distribution of clean water and EC mixture was compared to analysis the pesticide formulations, nozzle type and pressure on the spraying characteristics of nozzles . The experiment results show that the pressure and formulation make different impact on the spraying characteristics for different nozzles. In general, the larger the spray pressure, the smaller the volume median diameter (VMD). Under the same pressure, the VMD of fan nozzle with EC spraying is bigger than that with water. For hollow cone with EC, the particle size spectrum changes, producing tiny droplets distribution . The droplet velocity of the fan nozzle increases with increasing pressure with both water and EC spraying, and the average droplet velocity of the hollow cone nozzle changes little with increasing pressure with water spraying due to reducing of the particle size. When spraying with EC, hollow cone nozzles produce smaller droplets and the droplet mean velocity decreases.)
