模糊聚类指数和自组织神经网络指数在自然群落功能多样性研究中的应用

功能多样性的测定方法是群落研究的基础。本文应用和检验两个新的功能多样性指数--模糊聚类指数(fuzzy index)和自组织影射神经网络指数(SOFM index)研究植物群落的功能多样性。介绍了这两种方法的数学原理,并用东灵山的30个刺五加群落样方的物种组成、功能性状和环境变量数据进行了分析。功能多样性的计算中使用了11个功能特征指标。结果表明Fuzzy指数和SOFM 指数能够清楚地反映刺五加群落功能多样性的变化、功能多样性与坡度和海拔的关系、功能多样性与物种多样性的关系等,表明它们都是有效的功能多样性研究方法。Fuzzy 指数和 SOFM 指数与其他常用的方法提供了类似的结果。
Methods for measuring functional diversity are basis of community studies. Two newly functional diversity indices, fuzzy clustering index (fuzzy index) and self-organizing feature map index (SOFM index), were applied and tested in functional diversity analysis in plant communties. The algorisms of these two methods were introduced and theoretically analized. Thirty quadrats of Axanthopanax senticosus communities were established in the Dongling Mountains in China and species composition, traits and environmental variables were measured and recorded. Eleven functional traits were used in the calculation of functional diversity. The results showed that fuzzy index and SOFM index were effective methods in functional diversity studies. Fuzzy index and SOFM index provided similar results to that of other common methods. Functional diversity in Axanthopanax senticosus communities varied obviously; functional diversity was significantly correlated with slope and elevation; functional diversity was positively correlated with species richness, heterogeneity, and negatively correlated with evenness.
