谢桥矿8槽煤巷高性能锚杆支护实践

本文针对淮南谢桥矿复杂的煤巷条件,对该8槽实体煤巷与沿空巷道进行了锚网支护试验,提出以高预拉力、高强度、高刚度“三高”锚杆为主体的高性能锚杆支护围岩控制技术,主要包括锚杆支护承载性能强化、巷道破裂围岩体强度强化和围岩承载结构强化等三个方面。通过层状顶板岩层结构、预应力支护方式及与预应力结构匹配的材料分析,发展了M型钢带和“三高”锚杆为主的预应力控制技术体系。现场试验获得很大成功,巷道支护效果非常理想,经济效益显著,大排距、高性能锚杆支护预应力围岩控制技术,取得了技术和经济上的巨大优越性,满足了超长推进工作面两顺槽的支护要求,同时,锚网支护技术在该矿得到了很好的推广应用。
he geological conditions of Xieqiao coal mine road is complex,so decided to make experiment of Anchor Belt support in the Layer-8 in xieqiao mine coal and gob-side entry retaining. This article has formed a high presress, high-strength, high stiffness of the \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"three high\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" as the main anchor bolts to strengthen the control theory. including strengthen of bolt support、the breakdown of roadway surrounding rock strength enhancement and the surrounding rock bearing structures. By analyzing the pre-stressed layered roof structure. Pretension supporting structure and the supporting structure to determine the structure of the materials, the development of the M-type strip and the \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"three high\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" pretension bolt-based control system technology. The support effect of this coal road is super perfect,the experiment gets tremendous success and the economic benefit is remarkable, A large distance, high-performance pre-stressed rock bolting control technology, has made technical and economic advantages of the great, to meet face to promote a long two-span support requirements meanwhile, the technology of Anchor Belt sup-port is popularized in Xieqiao coal mine.
