gile敏捷开发在企业开发中的研究与应用

gile software development is emerging in recent years as a new software development method, and its main features are to allow the process of self-adjustment and to stress adaptation rather than foresight. When the project needs a change, the team should adapt to the new requirement quickly. This was mainly relying on frequent small-scale releases of software, which means completing the iteration in short time. In this paper, this new method of software development is discussed simply, mainly focusing on seven properties of the agile. And the process of agile development in the enterprise application will be described based on an example.
