为获取龙眼树枝的受切特性,在自制切割试验台上对三个品种龙眼树枝进行了往复式切割试验。根据精密型微控电子式万能试验机测得的动刀切割力连续变化曲线,分析了树枝品种、树龄、直径和含水率对动刀峰值切割力和切割功的影响。试验结果表明:切断同等直径的树枝,储良和华路广眼品种所需峰值切割力和切割功都显著大于石硖;切断40年树龄树枝所需峰值切割力和切割功都大于30年树龄树枝;动刀峰值切割力、切割功都与树枝直径呈极显著幂函数正相关关系;树枝含水率为37.07%时,切断其所需的峰值切割力和切割功都最小。试验结果为研制果树修剪机具提供了参考。

In order to obtain the cutting property of longan branches,three branch varieties were selected to perform the reciprocating cutting experiment with a self-made cutting test bench. According to the continuous curve of cutting force measured by the accurate micro-controlled electronic universal testing machine, the effect of varieties, tree's age, diameter and moisture content on peak cutting force and cutting power consumption of moving cutter were obtained. The results showed that when cut off the branches of the same diameter, peak cutting force and cutting power of cutter for "Chu Liang" and "Hua Lu Guang Yan" were both significantly increased compared with "Shi Xia"; greater peak cutting force and cutting power were consumed for cutting 40-year old branches than those of 30-year old branches; there was significantly positive power function correlation between branch diameter and peak cutting force as well as cutting power of cutter; when branches' moisture content of 37.07%, the minimum peak cutting force and cutting power were consumed. The conclusions provide foundational parameters to develop mechanical pruning machine.
