飞灰对燃煤烟气汞形态转化的影响研究
Effects of Fly Ash on Mercury Transformation in the Coal-fired Flue Gas
利用实验室模拟烟气汞氧化试验台研究飞灰和烟气组分对汞氧化反应的影响。研究表明:飞灰、烟气和汞三者之间的非均相反应是汞形态转化反应的主要形式,烟气成分和飞灰类型是影响烟气中汞的转化的主要因素。温度对汞氧化反应的影响较小。飞灰对汞氧化起重要的催化促进作用。烟气组分(NO2、NO、HCl)促进汞氧化反应的进行,而SO2对汞氧化反应起抑制作用。HCl+NO+NO2组合形式对烟气汞的形态转化最有利。飞灰颗粒的比表面积对烟气中汞的转化有重要促进作用;飞灰中的磁性颗粒对汞的转化有一定影响;飞灰中未燃烬碳对汞的转化无显著影响。
In simulated flue gas condition, the role of fly ash and flue gas components on mercury (Hg0) oxidation were investigated in a bench-scale Hg0 oxidization testing system. The heterogeneous reactions between fly ash, mercury and flue gas played a major role in the Hg0 oxidization. Temperature had little discernable effect on Hg0 oxidization. Fly ash had strong catalytic effect on Hg0 oxidization. While flue gas components (NO2、NO、HCl) facilitated the Hg0 oxidation, SO2 actually appeared inhibit the oxidation reaction. Flue gas combination, HCl+NO+NO2, promoted the Hg0 oxidation with the greatest degree for the whole fly ash samples. The results indicated that specific surface area of fly ash had significant effect on Hg0 oxidation. The second impact on Hg0 oxidation was nonmagnetic phase derived from fly ash. The unburned carbon in the fly ash almost had no effect on Hg0 oxidation.
