基于MSP430单片机的PSD信号处理电路设计

位置敏感探测器PSD(Position Sensitive Detector)是一种非接触高精度动态位移检测元件,可以方便的检测高度距离等等。介绍了一维二维位置敏感探测器PSD的基本原理和使用方法,以及影响测量结果精度和引起系统噪声误差的器件主要性能参数。针对杂散光和暗电流等等噪声因素,依靠MSP430系列单片机强大的A/D转换和高精度计算实时处理信号,搭建检测系统,通过附加干涉滤光片和双PSD差分电路设计,从硬件和软件对PSD系统的输出信号进行处理和运算,得到精度达98.9%的系统。

his paper provides PSD (Position Sensitive Detector)is a kind of accurate sensor comprised of a monolithic detector with no discrete elements and provide continuous position data by making use of the surface resistance of the photodiode. PSD offers advantages such as high position resolution, high-speed response and reliability. This paper has introduced the basic principle of one-dimensional and two-dimensional PSD and the main parameter which can influence the detecting precision. To reduce the influence of miscellaneous background light and dark current, this paper design a double-PSD detect system depend on the A/D module of the MSP430 series micro-controller and through the simulating test, obtains a consistent result with the theoretic calculation. The data shows the precision is higher reach to 98.9 percent.
