本征正交分解法(POD)是一种在频域内分析大跨度屋盖风压场的方法,结构表面的风压场可以分解为依赖时间的主坐标和依赖空间的协方差矩阵本征模态的线性组合。POD的主要优点是仅用前几阶本征模态即可较好地重建和预测风压场,因为这些本征模态包含了结构绝大部分的脉动能量。本征正交分解法在很多领域得到广泛的应用。本文着重讨论POD在大跨度屋盖结构风工程领域中的应用。

he proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) is a kind of analysis of wind pressure field of large-span roof in the frequency domain, wind pressure filed of structural surface can be decomposed into a linear combination with principal coordinate depended time and intrinsic modes depended spatial covariance matrix. The main advantage of POD is that the original wind pressure filed can be accurately reconstructed and predicted with a limited number of modes, because these modes contains most of the pulse energy of the structure. The proper orthogonal decomposition method is applied widely in many fields. This paper focuses on applications of POD in wind engineering field for large-span roof structures.
