In the Stability analysis of arch dam, there are several analytical methods. This paper provides an overview of several methods of analysis , the characteristics and applications of the method ware included. Some of the problems which in the Stability analysis of arch dam were summarized. Stability analysis of arch dam on the direction of development were discussed in this paper.
