OTF光谱仪的小型化研究

近年来,声光可调谐滤光器(AOTF)和近红外检测(NIR)技术的发展和相互结合使得AOTF光谱仪的小型化成为了现实。本文基于实验室AOTF光谱仪正交双偏振直线光路的研究,提出了准直直线式、单反光镜式及双反射镜式三种小型化方案。实验中通过比较经AOTF分光后的衍射一级光与零级光光强的比值对各方案的分光效果做出了评价,并结合相应方案光路尺寸分析了各方案可行性。基于直线缩短光程方案和单反射镜方案的研究结论,本文最终得到了分光效果与光路尺寸的最优化方案-U形对称式双反射镜分光光路方案。
he development and combination of the acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) and near infrared (NIR) inspection technology in recent years made it possible for the miniaturization of the AOTF spectrometer. Base on the linear optical configuration of the laboratory AOTF spectrometer utilizing the orthogonal polarizing method, three plans, ranging from the collimated linear optical path to the folding ones by one or two reflectors were put forward. According to the intensity ratio between the first order beam and zero order beam as well as taking the size of the optical system into consideration, the performance and feasibility of each plan were assessed and a symmetrically U-shaped optical configuration utilizing two reflectors was achieved as the ultimately optimized plan. The study of the miniaturization of the optical system in this paper brought certain evidence for the design of portable AOTF spectrometer.
