为更好的实现核电企业战略目标和发展需要,提出构建核电管理人员分层分级课程体系的设想.首先,通过对核电企业总公司和各子公司管理者进行访谈调研和问卷调查收集数据.然后分析培训满意度以了解已往培训存在的问题,针对问题提出解决方法.再根据解决方案构建课程体系,课程体系的构建要以能力素质模型为基础,课程内容来源于能力素质的要求;其次, 依据不同层次管理者的能力素质需求、培训目标和培训方式的调查分析结果得出,要设计分层分级的课程体系,并且要使用多样化培训方式,最后完成课程体系的构建。

First, collect data By interviewing and questionnaire survey managers of nuclear power companies and subsidiaries. Then, analysis Training satisfaction for the training problems of the past in order to find solutions which build curriculum system based on. The construction of course system is based competency model, the curriculums derive from the ability and quality .The next, according to the analysis results that include the needs of ability and quality of different levels managers ,the survey training objectives and training methods, to design curriculum at different levels, and diverse training methods to be used to finalize construction of course system.
