基于代数多重网格的图像清晰度方法研究

为了改变均方差评价图像清晰度时对参考图像的依赖,提出了基于代数多重网格的图像清晰度方法。该方法通过对图像进行代数多重网格(Algebraic Multigrid,AMG)重建,然后将重构后的图像与原始图像做均方差,得到的误差值来度量图像的清晰程度。实验证明该算法具有更好的实用性和单调性,且与图像可感知的清晰度密切相关,不依赖图像内容,在图像清晰度表示上有一定的优越性。

In order to change the reliance of Mean Square Error on reference images when evaluating image sharpness, the metric based on algebraic multigrid is proposed. The proposed metric first reconstructs image by Algebraic Multigrid (AMG), then compute the MSE between original image and reconstructed image, the result represents image sharpness. Results are provided to illustrate the performance of the proposed sharpness metric. These results show that the proposed sharpness metric has better practicability and monotonicity, correlates well with the perceived sharpness being able to predict with high accuracy in images with different content. Experimental results show the algorithm has superiority in image sharpness metric.
