浅谈砭石联合手法按摩排乳技术治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的体会

目的 探讨砭石联合手法按摩排乳技术治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的应用价值。方法 我科选入2023 年 6 月份到8 月份来我院就诊的乳痈患者共 30 例作为研究对象，全部应用砭石联合手法按摩排乳技术治疗，之后对治疗成果进行评估。结果显示，第一天的康复率达到 40.00%，第二天的康复率为 26.00%，第三天的康复率为 33.00%，这意味着在接受3天的治疗后，所有病人都已经康复。结论 针对乳痈患者应用砭石联合手法按摩排乳技术治疗获得了良好的治疗效果，是症状得到缓解、疏通乳络的有效措施，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application value of stone needle combined with manual massage in the treatment of acute mastitis during lactation. Methods A total of 30 patients with mastitis who came to our hospital from June to August 2023 were selected as the study objects, all of whom were treated with stone Needle combined with massage and milk extraction technique, and then the treatment results were evaluated. The results showed that the recovery rate reached 40.00% on the first day, 26.00% on the second day, and 33.00% on the third day, which means that after 3 days of treatment, all patients have recovered. Conclusion The application of needle and stone combined massage technique to the treatment of mastitis has obtained good therapeutic effect, which is an effective measure to relieve symptoms and dredge milk collars, and is worthy of clinical application.<br />
