不同频率磁刺激内关穴脑功能网络差异性研究
Research on Brain Functional Network under Different-frequency Magnetic Stimulation at Neiguan Acupuncture Point
尽管电刺激是常用的技术之一,但对于被试来说,电刺激会引起疼痛等不适感。在细胞水平,磁刺激和电刺激的作用机理相同。相比之下,磁刺激技术具有无痛、可刺激深部组织等优点。本文采用不同频率(0.5Hz和3Hz)的脉冲磁场刺激内关穴,采集刺激前后的32导脑电信号,基于相关系数算法构建并分析不同状态下的脑功能网络,探讨了频率参数对磁刺激穴位脑区活动的影响。结果发现,0.5Hz磁刺激内关穴,大脑不同区域间大尺度关联性增强。
lthough electric stimulation is the most common stimulation technique, it is often reported unpleasant and even painful for the subjects. Compared to electric stimulation, magnetic stimulation has the similar ionic mechanisms. However, it is more comfortable and less painful, and it could stimulate deep tissues and nerves. In this paper, 0.5Hz and 3Hz magnetic stimulation was used to stimulate Neiguan (PC6) acupuncture point respectively, instead of electric stimulation. 32-channel electroencephalography (EEG) signals were recorded before and after stimulation. Brain functional networks were constructed based on EEG cross-correlation coefficient to determine whether different magnetic stimulation frequencies would induce different cortex excitability. The results showed that large-scale connections between different cortex regions were increased after 0.5Hz magnetic stimulaiton at Neiguan acupuncture point.
