专利密集型产业技术创新影响因素的实证分析
Empirical Analysis of Factors Affecting Technological Innovation of Patent-Intensive Industries
首先对2009-2014年的第二产业运用"专利密集度"的方法筛选出我国的专利密集型产业;然后运用面板数据,回归分析了2009-2014年专利密集型产业技术创新与其影响因素之间的关系,研究结果表明:与R&D内部经费对专利密集型产业技术创新的影响相比,R&D人员折合全时当量的影响作用更大;现阶段政府科技资助与企业创新投入、技术引进对专利密集产业的技术创新均具有促进作用;技术引进消化吸收能力、办研发机构企业的普遍程度与专利密集型产业技术创新呈负相关。最后,根据回归分析结果对我国发展专利密集型产业提出了相关建议。
Firstly, the second industry in China during 2009 to 2014 is screened by "patent intensity", with the result that the patetnt-intensive are screened out. Based on panel data of the patent-intensive industries , a regression analysis is conducted to reveal the effect of all related factors on technological innovation of patent-intensive industries. The results show: compared with the influence of R&D inter funds, the personnel in full-time equivalent is more significiat on technology innovation of patent-intensive industries; government subsidy on science and technology, the innovation investment from enterprise , the introduction of technology all have a positive effect on promoting technological innovation of the patent-intensive industry; while the ability in digestion and absorption of introduced technology and the popularity of R&D institutions that established by enterprises both have a negative effect. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of patent intensive industry in our country according to the result of regression analysis.
