基于假中性点电压交流分量积分过零点的转子位置检测方法不要求无刷直流电机具有理想的梯形波磁场,在直流母线电压低的中小功率应用场合尤其具有技术优势。但利用电压比较器实现这种方法对噪声敏感,容易引起误触发。为此在分析假中性电压信号特性和基于反电动势积分过零点转子位置检测原理基础上,将锁相环技术引入其中,对交流分量进行积分,将积分结果作为压控振荡器的输入,其输出触发一个环形分配器来决定电机换相时序,以提高无位置传感器控制系统可靠性,并进行了实验验证,为开发基于锁相环和假中性电压交流分量的转子位置检测专用芯片奠定了理论和实验基础。

he rotor position detection method based on the AC component of Supposing Neutral Point(SNP) also works for the BLDC without ideal trapezoidal magnetic field over a wide speed range and provides especially good performance for the BLDC with low DC-bus voltage .Integrating the AC component of SNP from the commutation instant and comparing the integration result with a reference voltage to determine the proper commutation sequence for the BLDC motor is simple to implement and sensitive to noise. In this paper, it is proposed that the ASIC ML4425 should integrate AC component instead of the terminal voltage and using a phase-locked loop(PLL) to determine the proper commutation sequence for the BLDC motor. Basic principle and implementation of the new ASIC-based sensorless controller will be presented and experimental results will be given to verify the control strategy.
