拉森指数对再生水管网腐蚀状况的影响研究
Influence of Larson Index on Corrosion of Reclaimed Water Pipeline
摘要
在模拟真实管网水力条件下,从腐蚀速率、Fe释放、腐蚀产物形貌及成分等方面,研究了拉森指数对碳钢腐蚀的影响。结果表明,不同拉森指数条件下,Fe释放量均随时间的延长而下降,并且拉森指数的增加会使腐蚀速率加快;拉森指数越大,CaCO3的生成量越少;不同拉森指数条件下的腐蚀产物类型差别不大,均随着腐蚀时间的延长向稳定的腐蚀产物α-FeOOH和Fe3O4转化。
Abstract
The effect of Larsen index on the corrosion of carbon steel under simulated real hydraulic conditions was studies in terms of corrosion rate, iron release, morphology and composition of corrosion products. It was found that by different Larson indexes, the amount of iron release decreased with time, while the increase of Larson index could accelerate the corrosion rate; the higher Larson index, the less calcium carbonate formation on the steel. There is no obvious distinction on the type of corrosion products under different conditions, which tends to be a stable scale composed of -FeOOH and Fe3O4 gradually with time.关键词
