低品位黄铜矿的磁场强化细菌浸出
Study on Magnetization Intensified Bacterial Leaching for Low-grade Chalcopyrite
本文针对低品位黄铜矿进行了磁场强化细菌浸出实验研究。重点研究了磁场对细菌生长和细菌浸矿的影响。实验结果表明,磁化处理后的培养基能促进细菌的生长繁殖,提高其氧化活性,进一步用于浸矿试验,提高了低品位黄铜矿中铜和铁的浸出率。磁场强化细菌浸出的可能机理是通过改变水的结构, 促进氧气在水中的溶解, 提高矿石成分的溶解性,增强细菌细胞生物膜的穿透性。
It is experimentally studied that the bacterial leaching for the low-grade chalcopyrite intensified by magnetic field in this paper. The effect of magnetic field on bacterial growth and bacterial leaching is mainly studied. The results show that the 9K culture medium after magnetization treatment can promote bacterial breeding and oxidation activity. Furthermore, the leaching rate of Cu and Fe in low-grade chalcopyrite is boosted by means of the treatment. Underlying mechanism of comprehensive leaching by magnetization treatment is that the structure of water changed in the existence of magnetic field promotes the dissolution of oxygen and mineral ingredient and the penetrability of biological membrane in bacterial cell.
