cAMP是卵母细胞和颗粒细胞中的重要分子,参与调节排卵过程,而磷酸二酯酶(PDE)可以调节cAMP水平。哺乳动物卵母细胞中PDE3发挥主要的调控作用。PDE3抑制剂可以有效抑制卵母细胞减数分裂的恢复,一方面改变卵母细胞成熟的质量,通过延迟核成熟,提高胞质成熟程度;另一方面,在排卵过程中抑制成熟,避免受精的发生,从而达到避孕的目的。本文综述了几种PDE3抑制剂在卵母细胞成熟作用中的研究进展,以及可能出现的不良反应。

cAMP is essential in regulating ovulation in oocytes and cumulus cells which is regulated by phosphodiesterase (PDE). PDE3 is the key regulator in mammalian oocytes. PDE3 inhibitors can effectively block meiosis in oocytes, which results in two main effects, on one hand it might alleviate asynchrony by allowing time for completion of cytoplasmic maturity; on the other hand by supressing oocyte maturation during ovalution it can be used as potential contraceptives. In this review, research progress of PDE3 inhibitors in oocyte maturation is summarized,also the potential side effects are considered.
