热带气旋致输电线路风压多模型综合计算方法

Multi-Model Integrated Computation Method for Wind Pressure of Transmission Line Caused by Tropical Cyclone

针对近年来热带气旋灾害屡次造成我国沿海电网电力设备损坏甚至局部地区停电的现状,讨论了热带气旋风场下输电线路所受风压值的计算问题。首先,提出了一种采取多模型综合应用方式求解热带气旋风场的方法。该方法借助多个模型具有最大风速半径这一共同参数的特征,利用气象中心公开发布的热带气旋信息,通过多层迭代、动态加权的方式优化计算各模型的参数及对各模型风场分布进行最后综合的权重系数。在热带气旋风场计算的基础上,根据我国现行的设计规范计算并比较线路承受的风压值和设计值,以辨别哪些线路或某一线路在哪一时间段更可能受损。最后,以热带气旋"海葵"为例进行了实际分析,结果表明:利用多模型综合方法计算出的输电线路风压值,更具可信度。

For the facts that tropical cyclones have caused damages of power equipments and even regional blackouts in coastal areas of our country in recent years, issues related with calculating values of wind pressure withstood by transmission lines in the wind field of a tropical cyclone are discussed. Firstly, an approach to solve the wind field of a tropical cyclone based on the multi-model ensemble is proposed. The approach is based on the characteristic that all models include a common parameter of maximum wind speed radius, and parameters of each model together with weight coefficients by which distributions of wind fields of different models are combined are optimally calculated with a method of multi-layer iteration and dynamic weighting by using information on a tropical cyclone released by the meteorological center. Then, values of wind pressure withstood by transmission lines and their design values of wind pressure are calculated and compared according to the design standard adopted by our country in order to identify transmission lines which are more likely to be damaged or periods during which transmission lines are more likely to be damaged. Finally, data of the tropical cyclone Haikui is taken as an example for analysis, and results show that values of wind pressure withstood by transmission lines calculated with the method of multi-model ensemble are more reliable.
