对现代企业数控加工中心运行状态预测是进行故障预警、事前维护、保障设备高效运行的关键。目前针对设备状态预测的研究很多,但是对数控加工中心运行状态预测方法研究的范围较少,很少利用过程数据对设备进行分析和研究,造成数据浪费。本文提出基于多维时间序列预测模型对数控加工中心运行状态预测。通过对多维时间序列模型进行相似性搜索,得到设备运行状态相似集,对相似集进行聚类分析和差异度分析,得到设备运行状态的最优相似序列,以过程数据进行预测,模型预测结果平均绝对百分误差为5.42-9.56%,表明该模型具有较强实用性。

he prediction of the operation status of CNC machining centers in modern enterprises is the key to equipment failure warning, pre-maintenance and efficient operation of equipment. At present, there are many researches on equipment operation state prediction and fault diagnosis, but there are few researches on the numerical control equipment operation state prediction method. The process data is rarely used to analyze and research the numerical control equipment, resulting in waste of data. This paper proposes a multi-dimensional time series prediction model to predict the running state of numerical control equipment. Through the similarity search of the multi-dimensional time series model, the similarity set of the equipment running state is obtained, and the clustering analysis and the difference degree analysis of the similar set are obtained. The optimal similar sequence of the equipment running state is obtained, and the average absolute percentage of the result is predicted by the process data. The error is 5.42-9.56%, indicating that the model has strong practicability.
